DLA-101 · Lecture L1

Deep Learning Foundations Programme

Twelve-week guided curriculum establishing neural network training discipline. You will implement multilayer perceptrons, study activation functions and loss functions, practise gradient descent and backpropagation, and complete PyTorch laboratories covering optimisers, regularisation, and model evaluation. Cohort sessions include instructor feedback on lab submissions and peer review of milestone notebooks. Prerequisites: Python fundamentals and introductory linear algebra. This programme prepares you for advanced generative AI and transformer coursework. Tuition: C$1,890–C$2,340 depending on delivery format.
